Replacement & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Please review our replacement and exchange terms below:
1. Product Replacement & Exchange
If a product is eligible for replacement or exchange, the customer must provide a full, unedited product unboxing video as proof. Upon approval, the replacement or exchange product will be delivered within 7 working days, subject to availability and logistics.
2. Refunds in Case of Unavailability
If the requested product is not available in stock for exchange, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 96 hours of confirmation. Depending on the customer’s bank, the refunded amount may reflect in the account within 7 to 10 working days after processing.
